What’s new on the blog at Save Like A Bear? Since launching I’ve been posting Monday – Saturday and creating lots of pages also. This could get overwhelming to keep up with (for you and for me!) I thought therefore it would be useful to have a few interludes to catch up.
Today I updated this page:
50+ Cheap Easy Healthy Recipes: Meals For The Whole Week
Don’t forget this page lists the lowest prices on lots of items:
100+ Best Value Food Ingredients
I reference this page myself since Aldi and Lidl’s websites are so limited. If you followed the Save Money Good Food series recap patiently, then you’ll know I kept saying I was putting together a page like the one above. Since I keep my word… voila!
That page should help if you have a Mysupermarket-shaped hole in your life since that comparison website went away. It should also help in making any of the recipes that I post on the blog as cheaply as possible.
Podcasts And Books!
The Save Like A Bear podcast is in the making. Email subscribers can now submit side hustle and money questions if you have a query you’d like me to answer in an episode for you by replying to the weekly broadcast, or contacting me via @savelikeabear on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
Instagram was also the voting hub for the cover choices for my first ebook for you: Money Makeover For Your Life & Your Side Hustle. Subscribe at the bottom of the page if you want that bonus PDF to help you wrangle your finances. If you want to know more about it first, read this.
While I mention it, besides Instagram, feel free to like and follow Save Like A Bear on Facebook now that the page is looking more sprightly.
Some updates find their way onto Twitter also, and I am trying to make the blog more pin-friendly. You can now follow Save Like A Bear on Pinterest.
Recommended Resources
The resources page started off with mortgage resources, other useful blogs, and blogging resources for the content creators among you.
I’ve since added The Not Drinking Game if you want a novel way to save money or some ridiculousness on a cheap night in.
I’ve also added a quiz to stop impulse purchases:
How To Stop Spending: Should I Say No?
There’s also a round up of all the taste tests from the shows I’ve recapped so far.
There is also now a monthly series to give even more savings and earnings inspiration:
How to Save Like A Bear in June
How To Save Like A Bear In July
If you missed it here was a round up of some of the key property posts that started the blog:
What First-Time Buyers Should Know
I think that’s the lay of the land for now. Don’t forget to join the mailing list for extra tips and blog updates straight to your inbox.
